Information we collect
We may collect contact details, company information and messages you choose to provide. During an agreed evaluation, we may also process RFQ files and related business records that you provide for that purpose.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, arrange demonstrations, evaluate product fit, support agreed testing and improve the security and reliability of Sorsivo. We do not sell personal information.
Evaluation data
Access, permitted use, retention and deletion for evaluation data are agreed before work begins. Customer data is not assumed to be available for model training. No supplier or customer communication is sent without explicit approval.
Service providers
We may use infrastructure, communications and analytics providers to operate the website and deliver agreed services. Providers receive only the information needed for their role and are expected to protect it appropriately.
Retention and security
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, legal obligations or an agreed evaluation. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, although no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable requirements. You may also ask us to stop nonessential communication.
