Why Sorsivo publishes guidance
Sorsivo publishes practical material for industrial distribution teams working between a customer RFQ and an approved quotation. The goal is to make difficult operating decisions easier to understand: how to preserve source evidence, compare supplier replies, expose technical exceptions, prepare commercial inputs and keep accountable people in control.
Who publishes the content
Guides are prepared and reviewed by the Sorsivo Editorial Team. We do not attach invented industry credentials, customer experience or third-party endorsements to an article. Where a guide depends on external rules or definitions, the appropriate primary authority is identified in the article.
How a guide is prepared
Each guide starts from a real quotation-workflow question and is checked against Sorsivo’s product boundaries: software may structure information and prepare recommendations, but technical equivalence, external communication and customer-facing prices remain human decisions. Examples and product images are labelled as illustrative whenever they are not customer production data.
Some field notes are derived from authorized reviews of real industrial-distribution correspondence. Before publication, Sorsivo removes names, contact details, customer and supplier identities, prices, quantities tied to transactions, payment information and verbatim message text. Only recurring operating patterns and generalized techniques are retained.
Evidence, commercial guidance and limitations
Operational frameworks are separated from jurisdiction-specific legal, tax, customs or accounting advice. Commercial assumptions can differ by company, product, origin, destination and contract. Readers should verify regulated or contractual questions with the relevant authority and their own qualified advisers before relying on them.
Product-stage transparency
Sorsivo is building and validating its core RFQ-to-quotation workflow through controlled evaluations. Guides must not present planned integrations as live, illustrative screens as customer deployments, pilots as independent proof, or internal hypotheses as measured outcomes.
Updates and corrections
Publication and review dates are changed only when an article receives a meaningful revision. If you find an unsupported claim, factual error or unclear product statement, email hello@sorsivo.com with the page and correction. Material errors should be corrected promptly rather than silently preserved for search traffic.
