What to send
You do not need to send confidential files before a call. A redacted example, a list of recurring bottlenecks or a description of the handoffs between sales, sourcing, engineering and commercial review is enough to begin. Sorsivo will not ask you to upload proprietary pricing, customer lists or technical records through an unapproved channel. Any product evaluation begins with an agreed scope, data boundary, retention approach and human-approval rules.
Security, privacy and corrections
Use the same email address for security questionnaires, privacy requests, accessibility feedback, media enquiries or corrections to published Sorsivo material. Include the relevant page URL and enough context for the team to route the request. Review the security and data-handling page, privacy policy and editorial policy before sharing sensitive information.
